The hotel is perfectly located for a ski week, just a short walk to the mountain and near the ski slopes. The value for money is excellent, especially considering that you can find lodges further up the hill. The staff is helpful and the basic amenities, like the rooms with a double bed and breakfast, are all satisfactory.
All was more than satisfactory.

We dined at El Living Del Almacen, that is just 800 feet away. Patagonia Ski School was about 10 minutes walk. Location, short way from all attractions. It is adjacent to the airport: D

Great location, amazing views and helpful staff. We stayed close to the main attraction, and it was very easy to enjoy the city break. The staff was always available to guide us better, and the views from our room were breathtaking. The breakfast was also enjoyable, and we had a variety of options to choose from.
The rooms lacked proper sound insulation, and we could hear the conversations from the next room quite clearly. It was a bit annoying and disruptive to our peaceful stay.

The location of the hotel is great, being in the mountain and very close to the ski slopes, allowing for easy access. There are also lodges further up the hill. the room is decent, but the bathroom could use an update. the staff is helpful and some of the facilities like a gym and spa are a plus.
The food quality and variety, as well as the breakfast, are nothing special.
